This recall involves the Kids & Koalas-branded baby walkers. This foldable baby walker has eight wheels and an adjustable height seat. They can be grey, black, green, pink, blue, and white. The Kids & Koalas logo is located on the tray front and seat back. The Model number X002 is on a hangtag underneath the walker.

Concern/Hazard


The walkers fail to meet federal safety standards.

  • they can fit through a standard doorway
  • not designed to stop at the edge of a step
  • have leg openings that allow the child to slip down until their head can become entrapped at the neck.
Babies using these walkers can be seriously injured or killed.
