This recall includes all Models of the Rock 'n Play Sleeper no matter what name it is sold under. This sleeper/bassinet has a rocking base and an inclined, padded, rectangular sleep surface.

Concern/Hazard
Unrestrained infants can roll from their back onto their side or stomach which can impede/prevent breathing.
Confirmed Incidents
There have been confirmed reports of infant fatalities in Rock 'n Play Sleepers after infants manage to roll onto their stomach or side or similar types of circumstances. Since 2009, over 30 fatalities have occurred after babies roll over while unrestrained, or similar circumstances.
Remedy
Consumers should stop using the product immediately and contact the company for a refund or voucher.
