Target has recalled their Cat & Jack Unicorn "Chiara" toddler boot due to a choking hazard

This recall includes the Cat & Jack “Chiara” toddler unicorn boots in toddler sizes 5-13, and kids size 1. The boots are white and have a silver shimmer. They include a silver zipper and white fake fur lining. The unicorn has a horn and silver glitter inner ears. At the base of the horn is pink, purple, and blue fake fur and the sides have multi-colored stripes. Boot model numbers are included on the inside boot tag; recalled numbers begin with TARGET0930156XX, where XX corresponds to specific boot size.

Concern/Hazard


The decorations on the boot can become detached and could pose a potential choking hazard for little ones.

Confirmed Incidents


Four reported cases of the unicorn horn detaching from the boot but no injuries have been reported.

Remedy


Parents should remove the boots from children immediately and stop using them. Target is offering a full refund when you return the boots to the store.
