Our Analysis

JollyPop Pacifier is an improved version of the Hawaii Medical GumDrop Pacifier. Fabricated from one piece of 100% silicone, the Jollypop is constructed without the inner guard that the Gumdrop had, making it both softer and lighter and now in compliance with American Academy of Pediatric (AAP) recommendations. The new design is appropriately curved to shape baby's face, and with a loop-shaped handle that was missing from the Gumdrop, it is also easy to hold. It is produced by SandBox Medical, a company that shares the same founders as Hawaii Medical Group, and it was designed by the same inventor as the well-loved Gumdrop and Soothie pacifiers.

Made of 100% silicone, the Jolly Pop is designed to mimic mother's nipple. Its soft material is gentle against baby's face, while the single-body construction makes it very durable. While it comes in unscented, it also is available in a vanilla scent that is thought have a soothing quality for baby.

JollyPop Pacifiers meet the pacifier safety standards set by the Consumer Product Commission (CPSC). Pacifiers are recommended by the AAP to help prevent SIDS.
