Our Analysis

Available as both a Kindle eBook from Amazon and in a paperback version, The Essential Guide to Baby Sleep: The Best 250+ Quick Tips You'll Ever Need On Sleep Training, Co-Sleeping, and Other Methods is a fantastic 62-page primer on getting your baby to sleep, and may be the only resource you need.

Sleep books often take on an evangelistic tone, preaching a specific methodology. What we like about this book is that the author has researched all of the top methods and assembled a collection of easy-to-understand tips that are very well presented.

A quick read, this book allows even the most sleep deprived parent to easily learn practical ways to coax a little one to sleep.

These straightforward, non-judgmental suggestions offer as many ideas as you can imagine for helping you cope with and find the best solution for you, your baby, and your family. With a clear understanding that all babies and people are different, even those who are born into the same family, author Sarah Jefferson provides a thoughtful, easy-to-read, and quality guide that feels genuine and caring.

The author is a mother-of-two and self-proclaimed insomniac-since-birth. She's been there, and we imagine her having spent many sleepless nights studying this topic. We're grateful she took time to write this book, and share her learnings.
