Our Analysis

With centuries-old wisdom, USA-made Organic Mother's Milk Tea helps to increase milk supply and support healthy lactation. Through organic, non-GMO herbs like fennel, anise (licorice taste), coriander and fenugreek, this tea has a sweet, spicy, and slightly bitter licorice taste. Although you will get the best bang for your buck with the 16-pack, this tea is also available in one box of 16 bags, a 3-pack, 6-pack and 12-pack.

Three cups of tea per day are recommended to increase your milk supply. For those moms who don't like the licorice taste or smell adding some sugar or honey may do the trick. Many moms who at first did not enjoy drinking the tea, soon found that they not only liked the tea, but began to crave it.

Ingredient List — Sweet fennel seed, anise seed, coriander seed, spearmint leaf, lemongrass leaf, lemon verbena leaf, althea root, blessed thistle herb, fenugreek seed.

While sipping this soothing nursing tea, we like to accompany it with some yummy Milkmakers Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Lactation Cookies. We think this combination makes a wonderful midday or evening snack that will benefit both you and baby at the same time.
